is currently a Social Sciences Librarian at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU).

They have been interested in understanding how we make sense of who we are through representational politics and discourses of nationalism, transnationalism, and diasporas, especially as it intersects with social media platforms and ecosystems.

In their previous role as a Digital Fellow at The Graduate Center, they have organized workshops, institutes, and events, and facilitated consultations around data literacies, ethics, and non-conventional academic publications. The development of the Foundations of Data Sciences course for students in the arts, humanities, and social sciences at City College New York was a culmination of their experiences.

While at CMU, they plan to continue supporting and advancing efforts in data literacies, student engagement, and computational humanities.
